2.1. All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only available under specific circumstances, contact us if needed. 2.2. Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented at the event entry. 2.3. Reselling tickets is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Shubin.
3. Payments
3.1. Payments are processed through myPOS. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to myPOS’s terms of service. 3.2. Prices are listed in BGN and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Event Rules
4.1. Attendees must comply with all venue and event policies, including age restrictions and safety regulations. 4.2. Shubin reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate event rules without a refund.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1. If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event. 5.2. No refunds are issued for missed events.

6.1. Shubin is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. 6.2. Attendees assume all risks related to attending an event. 6.3. Shubin is not liable for technical issues that may affect ticket purchases.
